Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to DPP Platform ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by AI Group LTD ("Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Digital Product Passport infrastructure, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

The Platform provides:

• Creation, hosting, and management of Digital Product Passports
• Ed25519 cryptographic signing for data integrity
• Role-based data access tiers (consumer, recycler, regulator, operator)
• JSON-LD API for machine-readable DPP access
• QR code, DataMatrix, and PDF label generation
• 10-year data retention and audit logging

4. Account Registration & Subscriptions

To create DPPs, you must register an account and subscribe to a plan. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Subscriptions are billed via invoice (bank transfer) on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of all product data uploaded to the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your DPP data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

DPPs are retained for a minimum of 10 years from creation, as required by EU ESPR Regulation 2024/1781. After the retention period expires, data may be anonymized or deleted. You may request early deletion via GDPR rights, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
